Hello! Our names are Julia and Tom, we currently work and live in Wanaka. We have begun our Pawshake journey to give people peace of mind that their animals will be loved and looked after while they are out of town.

We look after every animal as if they were our own, we love seeing their unique personalities and getting to know them on a deeper level.

We've walked dogs as small as a Jack Russell Terrier to as big as a Great Dane and everything in between. We love getting to spend time with as many different dogs and cats as possible. Your pet could have us as a new best friend to keep them company while you’re out or on holiday.

We love to cuddle with animals when they're tired or feeling chill and getting outside in nature often. A normal week looks like: finding trails around the neighborhood that we can walk everyday, going for a couple runs together if they’re an active dog, weekend treks for dogs that like hiking, and playing in the backyard/inside depending on what they're used to.

We are from Canada and moved to New Zealand in 2023. We have grown up with dogs and have worked with animals for many years so we can't wait to hang out with animals while we're living in New Zealand.
