Hi, I’m Katrina! 🐾

I live in Wanaka, originally from the UK on a working holiday visa. I grew up with dogs and cats around me my whole life, so I’ve always felt completely at home around animals.

I offer walks (usually 30–45 minutes, but I’ll always adjust based on your dog’s age and energy), daily check-ins, and overnight stays, and I’ve done pet and house sitting through Rover before. I like to stick closely to whatever routine your pet’s used to, feeding times, medication, exercise, so things feel as normal as possible while you’re away. I’ve also looked after dogs that need a bit of extra care, whether that’s staying on the lead, being nervous around men, or just needing someone keeping a close eye on them.

I’m also a practising massage therapist, so I tend to have a pretty calm, patient energy that animals seem to pick up on. But also have a benefit of a flexible schedule and few working hours. I’m easy to reach, reliable, and always happy to have a chat beforehand so you feel good about leaving your pet with me.
