I absolutely adore dogs and cats, but unfortunately I’m not at a stage in my life where I can commit to pets of my own — so the next best thing is getting to love and care for yours! 🐶🐱

I’ve spent years caring for animals, including working at a doggy daycare in the UK, working for a local dog-walking company here in Wānaka, and dog walking and pet sitting while living in Canada for two years. I’ve continued to care for dogs and cats since, so I’m confident looking after pets of all breeds, sizes and personalities.

I’m comfortable with everything from energetic dogs who need to burn off some steam, to older or more relaxed pups who just enjoy a gentle wander and some company. Having grown up in Wānaka, I know the local walking trails, parks and some of the best swimming spots for your furry friends — although I’m always happy to follow your pet’s usual routine and favourite spots too!

🏡 Drop-ins & pet sitting
I can pop in during the day to give your pets some company, let them outside, refresh food and water, give them some attention and make sure they’re happy and settled while you’re away.

I also understand that some dogs can be nervous, cautious or reactive around new people or other dogs. I’m more than happy to arrange a meet-and-greet beforehand and chat through what works best for you and your dog. Your pet’s comfort and safety always come first.

I’ll keep you updated while you’re away and am happy to send photos and little updates, so you can relax knowing your furry friend is being well looked after.
