About Angeline
Hi, I'm Angeline, and I live in Birchville, Upper Hutt. I have two cats that I adopted as kittens in 2020 and 2021. I also had an older cat who was 14 years old, but I sadly had to say goodbye to him last year due to ongoing health complications. I miss him every day.
I welcomed my son into the world in October 2025, and he will be coming along to most visits, especially during the week while my husband is at work. He's still very young and is learning to be gentle and respectful around animals as we practice this at home.
I've had all of my cats since they were kittens, so I have experience caring for cats of all ages and understanding their different needs. My youngest cat, Minnie, was rescued from the SPCA, while Nemo came from a friend. Many of my family and friends also have cats, so I've been around them for most of my life.
I absolutely adore cats and respect their unique personalities. I understand that every cat is different and that it can take time for them to feel comfortable with someone new. Whether your cat loves attention and playtime or prefers a quiet companion who respects their space, I'm happy to care for them in the way that suits them best. Creating a calm, safe, and secure environment is always my priority.
During my visits, I'll make sure your cats have fresh food and water, clean litter trays and food bowls, and plenty of love and attention. I'm also happy to administer medication if it can be given in food. I know how important it is to keep cats in their normal routine, and I'll tailor my visits to suit their individual needs. I'll also send you regular updates and photos so you can enjoy your time away knowing your cats are happy and well cared for.
From my own experience, I know how reassuring it is to have a reliable and caring person looking after your cats while you're away. As I'm home with my son, I can offer flexibility with scheduling.
I'm available throughout the Upper Hutt area and would be happy to meet you and your cats beforehand to make sure we're a great fit. I look forward to meeting you and giving your cats the same love and care I'd want for my own.
