Looking for a caring and reliable home away from home for your furry family member? I know exactly how it feels to leave your precious best friend in someone else's care. When I had my own dog, I happily drove more than 70 km just to leave him with someone I completely trusted. That experience taught me how important it is to find someone who will care for your dog as if they were their own. 

I don't currently have any pets, so your dog will receive my full attention, plenty of love, and lots of one-on-one care. 

I have experience looking after many friends' and neighbours' dogs while their humans are away on holiday. I've cared for young, energetic dogs who love long walks, as well as senior dogs who prefer a slower pace and a few extra naps. Every dog is different, and I enjoy getting to know their individual personality and routine. 

Dogs can stay anywhere inside or outside. My house has a fully fenced backyard, providing a safe and secure environment where your dog can relax and play. I only accept one family's dog(s) at a time, so your furry friend will never have to compete for attention or share my care with unfamiliar dogs. 

I live on my own, no kids, and work from home, so I'm home for most of the day. Your dog will rarely be left alone and, if I do need to pop out, it would usually be for no more than 1–2 hours. The rest of the time they'll enjoy plenty of company, cuddles, playtime, and supervision. 

I'm in Manurewa. The Auckland Botanic Gardens are practically my backyard, and I love walking. Whether your dog enjoys long adventures, gentle strolls, or simply sniffing around at their own pace, I'm happy to tailor walks to suit their age, fitness level, and personality. 

I'm a Registered Nurse, so I'm confident administering medications and providing extra care if needed. I'm experienced with giving tablets and liquid medications and I'm happy to discuss any special care requirements before your booking. 

Your dog's wellbeing is always my priority. If they were to become unwell or injured while in my care, I would contact you immediately and seek veterinary care if required. Being a nurse means I can recognise when something isn't quite right and respond calmly and appropriately. 

For your peace of mind, I'm happy to send regular photo and video updates throughout your dog's stay so you can see they're happy, relaxed, and having a great time.

My home is conveniently located close to Auckland Airport, making drop-off and pick-up especially easy if you're travelling overseas. 

For everyone's safety, I ask that dogs are:

• Fully vaccinated
• Up to date with flea and worm treatments
• Toilet trained
• Friendly and well behaved
• Not aggressive towards people or other dogs 

Before booking, we can arrange a meet-and-greet so we can get to know each other and discuss your dog's routine, feeding schedule, walking needs, medications, favourite toys, sleeping arrangements, and anything else that helps them feel comfortable and settled. 

My goal is to provide a safe, loving, and relaxed home where your dog feels happy, secure, and well cared for while you're away.
