About Dean and Christelle
We’re a family of four based in East Auckland, with two young kids who absolutely love animals. We offer pet care in your home, where your dog or small pet feels safest and most settled.
Both of us were raised with animals and have years of hands‑on experience with small to medium‑sized dogs, as well as larger breeds. We understand different temperaments, energy levels, and routines, and we know how important it is to give pets the same love, patience, and support they’re used to.
Our kids are gentle, calm, and always supervised. They’ve grown up around animals and enjoy helping with simple, safe tasks like giving pats or helping with feeding.
We take your pet’s wellbeing seriously. We follow your routines closely—feeding, walks, playtime, medication if needed, and quiet time. We’re also prepared for unexpected situations: if an emergency ever came up, we would contact you immediately, follow your instructions, and get your pet to the nearest vet if required.
We’re happy to send regular updates and photos so you can relax knowing your furry family member is happy and cared for.
