Hi, my name is Amy, I'm a 33 yr old female and live in Hobsonville with my 4yr old Boxer X staffie called Harlie. We have a small fully fenced garden and we're about a 10 min walk to the Hobsonville off-leash dog park. Harlie is super friendly and gets on with all size dogs, she'd love a playmate for the weekends and to cuddle up with on the sofa in the evening! We used to also have a cat, Basil, who sadly passed away recently.

We have used Pawshake for Harlie and Basil many times, so I know what it's like to leave your precious fur babies in the hands of someone else. I know how important it is for you to receive updates, photos and know they are in safe hands so you can relax and enjoy your time away. 

I've grown up with dogs and have lots of experience looking after friends dogs. I also volunteer for Saving Hope Dog Rescue on a regular basis. A typical weekend stay with us would involve a big walk, lots of play and cuddles. 

For your pets, I am open to visiting your house for cuddles, play and feeding. For weekend booking at our house, I'm ideally only looking for house trained, desexed dogs that get on well with other dogs. I'm happy to look after dogs of any size. I can administer medication and work with any special dietary requirements.
