I'm in my mid 30's & have a Blue Heeler x Border Collie called Crab who is awesome!

We're both really active & friendly & would love to help look after your pet either by offering dog walks, dog sitting or house sitting to look after your pet (you just need to be happy for Crab to come along too!)

Our typical day starts with a walk (around an hour) & we usually fit in at least one other walk / bike ride during the afternoon or evening, too. Whatever exercise routine suits your pet, we're usually able to accommodate - whether they're more of a 1 walk & laze around all day type, or are super active & need lots of entertainment & multiple walks.

I work full time from home, so am unable to be at home with your pet throughout the daytime too, but am happy to spend the entire evening/weekend with them (so they don't get lonely!) My availability is updated regularly & I'm keen to take repeat & advance bookings, so things work out well for all of us.

Unfortunately, I don't offer any training / grooming (other than washing / brushing / towel drying if we get muddy!) but am more than happy to stick to any routines or diets you might have. Crab is well trained, so can hopefully demonstrate good behaviour to copy!

I am only happy to take vaccinated pets & only desexed males (full females is fine). I am able to accept up to 2 dogs at anyone time (i.e. if they both come from the same household), as with Crab in the house that would bring the total to 3 & I'd like to ensure a calm, fun environment.

The backyard is medium sized & fully fenced with shade available. The beach, forest & walking tracks are very close, so great for exploring & exercise. Please make sure you bring your own pet bed & food if they're coming to stay, so they feel at home. They'll be sleeping in the living room, so need to be comfortable not being in the same room as a human during the night.

I've got experience looking after lots of other dogs of all sizes (golden retrievers, greyhounds, labradoodles, corgis, old English bulldogs, shihtzus, huntaways, rottweilers, daschunds, lagottos, German wirehaired pointers, Bernese Mountain dogs) & also lived with a friend's schnauzer for a year. My only ask is that your dog is house trained & friendly with other dogs.

If you're keen for me to house sit, I'll be there whenever I'm not at work & will only head out for groceries, dog walks & personal errands. I promise to treat your home like my own & be respectful of property, pets & neighbours.

If you're keen for me to do a house visit, I'll be more than happy to work out what times suit you & make sure I stick to your schedule & plan.
