Daycare, currently only open to returning clients. Book a walk or dog sit first so I can get to know your pup and whether they are the right fit (for well-behaved pups during the week my office is dog-friendly - photo supplied). Due to my ever-changing work schedule I'm unable to offer daycare on an on-going service, but can do the odd day or a weeks' stint happily.

I started my career 14 years ago working on farms, training horses and teaching horse riding. I have a deep sense of understanding that training starts with a partnership, and I love helping people get the most out of their own partnerships be it horse, cat or dog! Now I work full time as a Recruitment Consultant, and I absolutely love it. We are even allowed to bring well-behaved pets in to work with us, and I have my own office offering the perfect place for a fur-baby to have a nap.
I've always had an affinity with animals, and teaching/training/partnerships are things that come naturally to me. Growing up I had pet dogs and working dogs around me, and more recently had my own dog who I got when she was 7 - retraining a stubborn old girl was a journey but I loved it! I have had great success in supporting my clients with basic commands, teaching not to jump, barking, and pulling on walks. If you want my help with any of these things I'm happy to teach you what I know, and do some training with your pooch!
Early 2022 I said goodbye to my sweet dog, and before I commit to another pet in the future I'd love to spend some time with different dogs and help people along the way.
Almost every day I'm out for a walk. Whether it be my usual 5km loop, or a 10+km weekend wander through the forest or on the beach. I'd love to have a buddy or two to share my walks with!
I am based on the North Shore for home and work, so the best locations for me are North Shore, North-West, Hobsonville, lower Rodney (Riverhead, Coatesville, Dairy Flat etc), and Point Chev to Ponsonby. I am able to work from home occasionally so if you have specific needs for your pup, please get in touch!

Hi, I am Bailey and my husband is Ben. We are a mid-30s professional working couple with big hearts and a lot of love for our furry family members. We both have had doggos throughout our entire lives, so we know how to provide a safe and reliable environment for pups.&nbsp;
We have a charming little dachshund/shitzu mixed 6-year-old pup, Dexter, who knows he is the centre of our world. When we're not busy with regular day-to-day admin, you'll find us all out adventuring, at the beach or exploring local reserves where Dexter is allowed. On the regular day-to-day, we take Dexter for, at minimum, one 30-minute walk per day. However, depending on the age of your dog and energy levels, we are happy to go for an additional 30-minute walk.&nbsp;
I work from home on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays and can offer 24/7 attention to those looking for doggy daycare on those days. We can also offer overnight boarding on weekends when we are available. Having had animals all my life, I am comfortable administering necessary medication by mouth, ear drops, eye drops, and any other requirements. We are happy to accept one dog, however could consider two max, if they come from the same household.&nbsp;
If we are boarding overnight, your pup can sleep in their own bed so they feel comfortable in a new space in our bedroom. So please bring bedding or crate as necessary.
We have a fully fenced, medium-sized yard that is a sniffing paradise and a quant two-bedroom dog-proofed home and we would love to share it with other pups. We believe every doggo deserves to be treated like family, so you can trust that your pup will be showered with the same love and care we give our own. We'll send regular updates and pictures so you know they are happy in our home. If you're looking for a reliable, friendly couple who'll become your pup's new best buddies, we'd love to be considered.
Dexter has some difficulty being friends with big doggos, so we will only consider small to medium-sized. We'd also prefer your pup to be registered with the Council and fully vaccinated. Thanks! We can't wait to meet you and your pup.&nbsp;


I have a strong love for all animals and would love to get a dog of my own but that isnt an option at this time so i thought why not help others with theirs. However, I have always had a dog growing up upland until recently, my last dog sadly passed away last year at age 16. She was a high energy dog and had to be walked daily, if not twice daily! I understand how important it is for a dog to get its daily exercise.I have 2 school aged kids so I have a lot of free time during to pick and drop off your four legged friend. I will try a find new places to regularly so we both won't get board. I enjoy nature walks, beach walk and just simple local walks if your pooch isn't up for a big walk - even the old doggys need walking. I am an animal lover and understand how important it is to know your pets are well cared for when you are away. I have experience looking after cats, hens, rabbits &amp; sheep at their homes.&nbsp;
I would consider having a dog at our property for "daycare", we have approx 2 acres and have a mix of farm fencing, so this would not suit escape artists. We have a lab, hens, sheep, cats and a bunny, so we would need to be very mindful of only taking on dogs that are not going to chase our pets! Careful consideration would be made to ensure it's a good fit for both your dog and us :) &nbsp;
