We are a family of four with two teens all who love animals, particularly dogs. We thought it would be great to share this love to a dog whose owners need a holiday from time to time which would be another way to get extra dog cuddles. We understand the anxiety that comes with leaving the fur babies behind. It would also be great to expand our doggy network and build a relationship with a regular pack.

Pablo is our fur baby who is four years old. He's an intelligent collie/springador cross who is great with big and small dogs as he's gentle and caring of our animals which includes a guinea pig and chicken who thinks it's a dog!

Introductions/meet and greet are a must particularly if the dog is younger due to all our animals so we can plan it beforehand, but we are happy to support this or discuss (without intros) if the dog is old and sedentary as Pablo loves the older ladies 😍

We love all shapes and sizes our preference is the dog will fit with ours and our routine but happy to discuss needs.

We are right on a reserve where you can walk the dogs and 2 mins from the beach. We walk x2 per day or a long walk at weekends. Our two teens, who are used to managing a big dog, are actively helping out so any dog would have a huge amount of attention with us and will find a special bond with one of us!!

Between us (the humans) would be at home all the time except a Tuesday morning and an odd hour here and there (Pablo always has a social thing Thursday morning) but we work locally with cameras around the home to monitor and can get home quickly - we've great neighbours too. Our home would be the dog's home.

Understanding what they like and dislike is a great help and where they like to rest and sleep - Pablo has the house !!

Pick-up and drop-off times are by mutual agreement. If care extends beyond a 24-hour period, an additional day rate would be respectfully discussed and agreed in advance as it impacts future bookings. This also ensures continued protection for your dog via pawshake insurance and peace of mind.
