A little bit about me:

Hi, my name is Shania. I'm 27 years old and I am based in Auckland, living on the north shore. I grew up in Christchurch but moved up to Auckland a year ago to begin a three year accounting degree. When I'm not at university crunching the numbers, I love to rock climb and crochet.

Experience with animals:

I grew up with dogs, cats, birds, fish and even a turtle! 🐢❤️

Spending time around animals fills my cup up, it gives me a sense of purpose and happiness. One day I hope to have animals of my own but until then, I love to be able to look after other's animals and provide great care.

I have looked after many friend's pets and animals as well as completing one pet sitting opportunity through Pawshake so far. I'm looking forward to having more opportunities as animals bring me so much joy.

I would consider myself a quiet, responsible and compassionate person who has a gentle and caring nature.

Availability:

I have university classes on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays as follows:

Monday: 9am-5pm

Wednesday 9am-10am

Thursday 11am-1pm

Other than these times, I don't have any commitments or anywhere I need to be. I usually spend most of my time at home completing uni tasks and assignments instead of staying around on campus when classes are finished. I do try to go to the gym 3-4 times a week for a couple of hours, however, the timing of that can be flexible if needed.
