Hi! I am Matt, and I am motivated to be a pet sitter as there aren't any in our area! I used to travel frequently for work, and would much rather have my cat, Mowgli, stay in the friendly confines of his home rather than the stress of the shelter. He is too old for that stress! I grew up on farms, and have had animal companions my entire life. I ran a veterinary hospital for 5 years so have also had training and experience from that side of the fence as well. I have looked after my friends and families' animals as they knew my affinity and love for all creatures. Having that trust and also their peace of mind knowing that their animals would not be ignored was crucial. I am a professional, in my forties, and will treat your home as if it were my own with the utmost respect.

Everything will be left as I found it, and securely locked and checked. I can collect mail and take out rubbish as needed.

 I work from home, so am extremely flexible timewise so can prioritise around your animal's needs. I am available 7 days a week, 24/7.

Will enjoy sending photos to you while you are on a trip, so you can keep up with the daily activities of your beloved pet. I am an expert at administering medication, sometimes you have to get crafty!

I am fit and active so can give a good workout but also know when is too much and whether a surface is too warm for the pawpads. Trails are my second home! Dog walks will be between 30 mins to an hour.

I don't need to do this, but rather want to give back to the community and enjoy meeting new animal friends.
