Hello! My name is Deanna. I’m currently studying a Bachelor of Communications and work for myself, which means I have a very flexible schedule. I absolutely adore animals — their companionship is unlike anything else, and caring for them is something I genuinely love.

I’ve grown up around animals my whole life, having been raised on a lifestyle block with all sorts of furry friends. Over the years, I’ve gained extensive experience through house sitting and pet care for clients, including feeding, walking, training support, vet and grooming appointments, daycare drop-offs, and general day-to-day care.

I live on a property with a large backyard and am just a two-minute walk from the lake, which makes it a perfect environment for dogs who enjoy space, fresh air, and regular walks in a calm, natural setting.

The services I offer include:

• Dog walking

I’m available for dog walking every day and am comfortable with dogs of all sizes. Walks are typically around 30 minutes and can be to a local park, beach, or the lake, depending on your dog’s preferences and location.

• House visits (once or twice per day)

During house visits I will feed your pet, refresh water bowls, administer medication if required, and check that everything is safe and secure. I’ll stay with your pet for up to 15 minutes, ensure doors are locked and alarms are set (if applicable), and I’m also happy to water plants or help with other small requests.

• Pet sitting (overnight care)

This service involves staying overnight in your home so your pets feel safe, settled, and not left alone. I’ll collect mail, care for your home, water plants, and complete any minor household tasks. As I often study from home, I’m able to spend quality time with your pet during the day as well.
