Hi there, my name is Lauren, and I live here in Rotorua with my golden retriever Koa.  

I know how hard it is to find someone to care for your furbaby just like you would while you are away. So after years of taking care of friends pets while they are on holiday I finally have my own home and the ability to provide a loving stay for your baby too. Koa is also extremely excited about having friends to play with or go on walks and adventures with, and then to come home and relax in the sunshine or next to the fire. 

I have always owned animals (I think my parents thought they had a zoo), everything from dogs and cats, to birds, rabbits, guinea pigs, fish, and even a chinchilla named Womble! I've worked predominantly in the outdoors during my career so am well versed in first aid and I'm always out walking/swimming/adventuring with Koa. I have been through many dog training workshops and am confident with all sizes and breeds. I absolutely love all kinds of animals and you can be assured that yours will be loved and spoiled while you are away so you can have a guilt free break.

I have a fully fenced property across the road from a dog friendly reserve and have plenty of space in my home for more pet beds. My work is now more flexible and I can accomodate many requests, so just let me know what you need and we can try and figure it out. Please ensure your pet is fully vaccinated.
