Hi! We’re Isaac & Vivian — a couple from Hong Kong, now happily living in our first home in Massey, Auckland.

We’ve always been surrounded by pets — from growing up with family dogs & cats, to volunteering at Hong Kong dog shelters, walking rescue dogs and helping with their daily care.

Since moving to NZ in 2022, we’ve continued caring for friends’ pets and realised how much joy it brings us. While we don’t currently have a pet of our own, we treat every furry guest like family.

🐕 Dog Walking

Your dog deserves more than just a quick walk.

We provide:

▶ Pick-up & drop-off within West Auckland

▶ Walks tailored to your dog’s energy level — from relaxed park strolls to fun trail hikes

▶ Playtime, cuddles, and plenty of positive interaction

▶ Water breaks & treats (if allowed)

We always focus on keeping walks safe, enjoyable, and full of tail wags.

🐱 House Visits

We know cats thrive on routine and affection.

Our visits include:

▶ Fresh food & water

▶ Litter cleaning & tidy-up

▶ Dedicated playtime & brushing

▶ Calming music for a relaxing environment

▶ Daily photo or video updates so you can see they’re happy and safe

📸 Pet Photography (Optional & Fun!)

We love capturing your pets’ happiest moments!

If your pets are comfortable and happy to pose, we’re happy to take some lovely photos during our visits or walks.

Quite a few of our clients have loved these photos — you’re welcome to pay what you want or leave an extra tip if you enjoy them. No pressure at all — we simply enjoy sharing the joy your pets bring! 🐶📷🐱

To make things smooth for everyone, we ask that your pets are:

▶ Up to date with vaccinations, flea & worm treatments

▶ Clean & healthy on arrival
