Hi! I'm Adriana and I could be your next pet/ house sitter or dog walker! Ive always had pets around me since birth (mainly dogs but also fish, rabbits and turtles!) and one of my favourite things is being around dogs. Whether thats going for a walk with them, throwing a ball or just chilling on the couch with pats- nothing beats the companionship of a doggo. My fiancé can confirm that he is constantly inundated with cute dog videos! That adorable Chocolate Lab x German Pointer you will see in my pictures is my late dog Toby (or Tobias for when he was naughty haha)! Unfortunately, Toby became ill at the end of last year with bone cancer and he has since crossed the rainbow bridge at the age of 5. I miss him dearly everyday but know he's in a better place. I have since moved to Wellington from Tauranga for work (I'm a physiotherapist!) and unfortunately my flat doesnt allow pets (boooo!). However, I recently house/pet sat two adorable black labradors for my fiance's rugby coach and had a blast! This was the first time I had properly looked after a dog again since Toby and I realised how much I missed that companionship and the energy a pet brings into your life. I have experience with large dogs, small dogs, grumpy cats, old/ young dogs, rabbits and pets with big personalities so can handle whatever you throw at me. Have peace of mind that your pets and house are happy and secure while you are away and hire me as your sitter (or dog walker)! Most pets have their usual routine - leave me instructions and I'll follow them to a T as i know pets can be worse than toddlers when their routines are broken haha. 

Please note: I cannot take pets into my own house as stated above so this would be a house/ pet sitting situation. I will leave the house in the same condition I found it in and bring all of my things with me Ie food etc. I will clean up after myself and your pets, so be rest assured your home and pets are in safe hands :) 

Availiability: 

I am mostly available on the weekends for house sitting but could do the occasional weekday if your pets don't mind me going to my day job! I can stay their all day if your pet needs the company or pop in and out with regular check ins- whatever suits your pet!
I also offer dog walking which would be in the evenings when i have finished work or anytime you need on the weekends.

Services: (house sitting, home visits and dog walking)

-I can administer oral medications if your pet needs it! Just leave the instructions. I am not a trainer or groomer so do not offer these services but can continue any ongoing training your pet is doing to ensure they are on their best behaviour when you come home!

-For home visits I can stay for as long as needed 30mins-1hr, water plants and bring in mail. Whatever your pet needs to feel settled!

-House sitting: I will follow all of your usual security measures ie alarms, locking/ using correct doors and you can have peace of mind that someone is occupying your home while you're away- deterring any would-be thieves.

-Dog walks can be between 30mins-1hr depending on the size of the dog. I don't mind extending this for a high energy pup. I'm happy to take them to dog exercise areas or on their usual walking route. Toby and I usually liked going along waterfront areas but happy to walk wherever suits your pup!
