Kia ora!

I am a 31 year old female, originally from London but have been living in Wellington for nearly 4 years. I work from home as a marketing specialist at Whānau Āwhina Plunket three days a week and I'm on the hunt for a four-legged walking buddy to drag me away from my laptop for some fresh air. I'm also happy to drop in and feed your pet during the day. 🐾

I haven't had a pet of my own (yet!), but I've grown up around animals and have plenty of friends and whānau with dogs and cats.

I've dog-sat at a previous rental, and my old neighbours regularly trusted me to look after their bouncy one-year-old border collie. I'm also the official dog-holder at my local run club whenever the owners head off for a run.

Cats are welcome too! I cat-sat for a friend back in London, and we had a very friendly neighbourhood cat we always looked after.

Whether your pet needs a walk, a drop-in feed or just some company, we'll get along just fine!

Availability: I'm available Monday, Wednesday and Friday, either first thing in the morning (before 8am) or around lunchtime (roughly 12-1pm but can be flexible)

About my services: I offer dog walks and drop in home visits. I live within walking distance of cog park in Hataitai, a great spot for a run around, and I'm happy to head along Hataitai waterfront for a longer adventure if your pup has energy to burn. I don't offer training, grooming or medication but I'm all in on walks, company and cuddles.

Dog walks: my walks are usually 30-45 minutes, either at cog park in Hataitai or along the waterfront if your dog is up for a longer outing. I drive so am happy to drive to you and walk in an area nearby if that is easier.

Home visits: I can pop in on Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings (before 8am) or at lunchtime (around 12-1pm but can be flexible) and stay for up to an hour to feed your pet and keep them company. Whilst I'm there I'm happy to water plans and bring in the mail too.
