Kia Ora my name is Lara:)

I live in Miramar Wellington, I rely on public transport, I can't travel too far outside of Wellington.

I’ve grown up with pets of all sorts and currently live with pets. I understand animals behaviour and body language. I am attentive, kind, gentle, understanding, and have experience with a variety of animals.

I am a volunteer at the SPCA with felines and small animals. Some examples of things I do in this position involves, giving love and affection, playing, food, water, cleaning and more. Being a volunteer at the SPCA also means I have experience with traumatised animals.

From my experience as a volunteer at Zealandia sanctuary. I help take care of the plants and animals as well as creating a great experience for the visitor's.

I have a certificate of achievement from Canine Solutions for basic obedience course that my own dog Eva graduated from.

A little bit about me. My experience in creative arts,has also given me emotional maturity, confidence, thinking quickly while staying calm and grounded in stressful situations. Using logic and creativity to help solve tricky scenarios. Some key values of mine are respect, kindness and determination.
