Since I was young, I've always been drawn towards animals and loved every chance I got to spend time with them, often visiting friends' houses just to play with their furry companions. My memories with my friend's pets would usually involve us taking the dogs on walks, bathing them, and caring for them after thoroughly convincing them that these activities were fun. That joy of being around animals grew into hands-on experience when my mum and I fostered a kitten for a few weeks until she found her forever home. This taught me the responsibility and care needed to look after pets that weren't my own, and it made me more certain that I wanted an animal companion for my own one day. In 2021, my family suprised me with my cat Coco, who has since been a treasured part of my life. Through fostering, caring for Coco, and years of being around different types of pets, I've developed a deep love, patience, and respect for animals.
