Kia Ora, Hello & Welcome!

I'm Harriette, your typical introverted animal lover! My happy place is a quiet sofa cuddle, sandy toes at the beach or an adventure walk through the bush! What makes all of this better.....a furry buddy! 

I arrived in NZ last year and have spent 6-months solo travelling in a little motorhome! I unexpectedly fell into pet-sitting at the end of my travels where I did house/pet sits for a friend, then a neighbour then the friend of the neighbour! A month in Gisborne in my van with Ellie (woof), A month in Red Beach with Digger (woof), A week in Warkworth with Grayham (meow), 2 horses and the chickens! and a week in One Tree Point with Molly (meow). 

Back home in Cornwall my family home has chickens, a miniature donkey (from Doncaster! I thought that was a hoot!), x4 mini shetland ponies, the handsomest gentleman that is Rowland the poodle and the newer addition dachshund who generally rules the roost! There's also the wonderful Collie, Monty who very kindly lets me rent his home here in West Auckland! 

I am super happy to offer:

Dog Walking - There are so many things to be sniffed! I am happy to mooch behind the pooch. Powered by Duracell or dragging those paws until we're back on the sofa, we'll find the right daily adventure! 30mins, 60mins or more if you need. 1-on-1 walking fun! 

Home Visits - Sometimes you just need a little friendly check-in! whether its a water top up, 3-course lunch (some of these cats are boujie!), quick cuddle, the the cheeky hidden meds in a tasty snack, the much needed potty break! or perhaps dealing with an accidental potty break! I'll be sure they are happy and comfy until their favourite hooman returns! 

House Sitting - A bit of both worlds (and mostly what I have experience in), If you're off on your holidays you can have the peace of mind your house and pets are cared for. I'll stay in your home and be the stand-in hooman, maintaining your fur babies usual routines (feeding, walking etc.) as well as surplus cuddles and attention...and perhaps the odd extra treat! 

I definitely suggest a free meet & greet to make sure everyone is a good fit (especially for home stays)!
