Hi there! I'm Lorene, originally from France I've lived in Queenstown for the past 8 years. My husband and I have rescued our dog Finlay last year and we have loved him ever since. He was only a couple of weeks old when he ended up in a shelter and got into our care at about 10 weeks. We've learned a lot in the space of a year and all of our efforts with Finlay rewarded : we now have the perfect dog we've always wanted (don't get me wrong, there's loads he/we still need to learn hahaha)

Every fur-parent would agree that one of the most stressful things when you have a pet is finding reliable sitters/walkers when you have to work long hours. It was hard for us, especially when he was a young puppy. Thanks to the Pawshake app, we've met some kind souls and we're still in touch with some of them to this day.

I thought I would also sign up to become a walker/sitter now that Fin is a little older (he just turned one and still had loads of puppy energy!). I am free most Wednesdays and Sundays and would happily take your furry friend on a walk (with Finlay if your pup is up for it or solo if that's more suitable for them).
