Hello! My name is Alex Rytz.

I am an 18 year old veterinary nursing student currently working in a veterinary clinic. I have owned animals my entire life and am familiar with a vast range of breeds, temperments, and the individual requirements of your pets. I have experience with dogs, cats, rabbits, and administering medication to all three. I have knowledge in the physical health and wellbeing of animals, mainly from my years of volunteering and my current place of employment.

I am always eager to learn and more than open to working with reactive or timid pets. I always use fear free practices when dealing with your lovely pets and I cant wait to meet them!♡

My main reason for joining this app is to get some more experience and income ontop of my current job to help with my student loan, and to meet and help out my local pet owners! I look forward to helping out!!

I am located in Whitby, Porirua and occasinaly Wainuiomata. I am mainly looking for people in need of walking and home visits in my local area! My usual walk time is 1 - 2 hours depending on what you prefer.

I have no limit to home visits, it completely depends how long you would like me to supervise and stay with your animals. My home visits would include some enrichment activities, cleaning, feeding/watering and if you let me know your routine with your pets I will follow that as closely as possible!

I unfortunately do not have much experience with birds or other exotic animals so I wouldn't be fully comfortable caring for them.
