Welcome to my Pawshake profile 😄 Over the past 20 years, I have had the wonderful pleasure of house & pet sitting across 6 different countries and various states within the USA. I am so grateful to have made lovely connections with families and pets alike and am looking forward to meeting you and your animals as well! I am originally from Michigan (USA), and I also consider myself an “honorary Kiwi” as a New Zealand Permanent Resident (soon to be NZ citizen ❤️🇳🇿). Growing up, I spent many summers working on my grandparents' family farm looking after various types of farm animals. Those early life experiences helped to teach me the best ways to look after many different types of animals and to confidently handle unexpected situations that may arise. I specifically have vast pet & home sitting experiences with animals of many types & ages (dogs, cats, chickens, fish, and tropical birds), and a variety of pet needs such as raw diets, administering medications, and keeping to specific animal schedules. With many years of home & pet sitting I have probably been on hundreds of dog walks, so all that to say, if it’s just a nice stroll that your dog needs, I am also here for you as well! (I have loads of reviews on the kiwi house sitter site if you want to take a look on there to see what other owners have said 😃) From pre-visit communication to sharing pet pictures during your absence (housesitting), I love providing reassurance that your pet is enjoying its time, just as much as you're enjoying your time away. 💖 ***For house & pet sitting, I have a MAX limit of 2 dogs to look after during this time to ensure they get my full attention and are the most safe with me. {Dog Types}: The more information you provide me about your dog's behavior (especially outside of your home & around public spaces) how they are off lead/on lead, and around other dogs (big and small) will help to make everything run smoothly. I have experience working with dogs of various types/sizes and am happy to cater to their personality needs and adaptability in choosing the best dog walking locations. I always love to know what your dog's "commands" are so that I can communicate best with them in their "language". I look forward to hearing from you 😄
