Hiya! I'm a 24-year old animal lover who works a full-time 9-5 job and is looking to earn a little extra cash while doing something I genuinely enjoy - spending time with animals! 🐾

I've grown up around all sorts of animals, including dogs, cats, and rabbits, and have always loved being around them. Over the years, I've regularly walked and looked after neighbors' and family friends' dogs, particularly during the school holidays or whenever they needed an extra hand.

While, I don't have professional pet-sitting experience, I do have plenty of real life experience with animals. For the past 6 years, I've been an owner of a medium-large size reactive dog who now lives separately with my sister. Having a reactive dog has taught me a lot about reading body language, understanding different personalities and temperaments, recognising when a dog is feeling overwhelmed, and adapting walks to suit the individual dog. I know that not every dog is going to be the same, and I'm more than happy to take things at their own pace.

When it comes to walks, I'm happy to offer anything from a 0-60 minute walk depending on your dog's needs, energy levels, and what works best for them. Whether your dog loves a big adventure, needs a gentle wander around the neighbourhood, or simply needs some company and a change of scenery, I'm happy to tailor the walk to them.

I'm also happy to care for animals of all shapes and sizes! For overnight stays, I have a fully fenced backyard that can accommodate dogs of any size, with no children in the house - just two adults who are very happy to have some extra four-legged company.

As I work full-time during the week, I generally try to keep overnight stays to weekends. However, I'm happy to chat about what you need and see if I can make it work.

Most importantly, I want you to feel comfortable knowing that your pet is in safe, caring hands. I'll take the time to get to know them, respect their individual needs and make sure they get plenty of attention, patience, walks and cuddles!
