Hi, I'm Bethany - a nurse at Hutt Hospital and a passionate animal lover with a background in veterniary nursing studies at Otago Polytechnic. I am currently on a career break while I look after my baby daughter. My training gave me a strong understanding of animal behaviour, health and handling. 

I've gained hands-on experience working in veterinary clinics and also volunteered with the SPCA for 3 years, where I cared for both cats and dogs - feeding, cleaning encolsures and regulary walking dogs. 

I love spending time with animals and enjoy being active, so dog walking is something I particularly enjoy. I've also helped neihbours with cat sitting and general pet care.

My home is well suited for cat sitting, however is not fully fenced so it's not ideal for dogs staying overnight. I prefer vaccinated pets but I'm happy to discuss individual situations.
