I’m a Dunedin based cat owner and animal lover offering reliable home visits for cats while their people are away.

I know how important it is to be able to go away without worrying about whether your pet is happy, fed and being properly looked after. I also understand that having someone come into your home requires a lot of trust, so I’m conscientious, respectful and reliable.

My visits can include feeding and fresh water, cleaning or changing litter trays, letting cats in or out as instructed, play time, pats and company for cats who enjoy them, and generally making sure everything is as it should be. I’m also very happy to follow your cat’s normal routine and any detailed instructions you leave.

I’ve had cats for many years. I had my much loved cat, Rizzy, for 12 years until I sadly had to have her put to sleep. I know from experience just how much cats become part of the family, and how important it is to feel confident that they’re being genuinely cared for when you’re away. I now have Daisy, who is a very good reminder that every cat has their own personality, preferences and routines! 

I work from home, which gives me some flexibility around visit times. I’m particularly interested in caring for cats and other small household pets through home visits rather than having animals stay at my house.

I’m happy to meet you and your pet beforehand so you can show me their routine, where everything is kept and anything else I need to know.
