Hello!

A little bit about me, I am a second year Occupational Therapy student at Otago
Polytech based in the Musselburgh area and work part time from home in admin
and I currently have a few dogs I walk on the regular. I have over 10 years of
experience as I raised my adopted and untrained husky from the age of 5 to 14
where she passed away in late 2024. I have also learnt a lot more in the time since my old girl passed
away as I live with a flatmate studying vet nursing and helped them with foster
dogs who were very anxious with high needs. 

These experiences and more means I can appreciate when your furry companion has social or solo walking preferences, changes in behaviours or just needs a bit of extra support and understanding and I can work with you and your furry companions. 

Why chose me? 

• I have my own transport and can travel to you 
• Initial meet and greet  
• Originally from the North Island I have been successful in integrating my animals into established animal occupied households 
• Experience with supporting foster dogs and their needs on walking preferences 
• Walks are from 30-60 mins 
• Checks in up to 2x a day with 30 min walks (on my semester breaks as seen on calendar) 
• Extremely flexible over the summer breaks (Dec-early Feb as per calendar)
