Hi! I’m home-based and live in a quiet area with my husband and two spoodles. Having grown up around dogs, I enjoy their company and getting to know each one’s unique personality. I look forward to meeting your beloved pet and providing a safe, happy home-away-from-home experience while you're traveling. Their safety, comfort, and responsible care are my top priorities! I offer overnight boarding with around-the-clock supervision. Usually, I host one dog (or two if from the same household) at a time to give them my full attention, but occasionally at my discretion, I take a second dog from a different household. I am happy to administer oral or topical medication and continue basic training reinforcement. Dogs of all personalities are welcome: timid pups, those prone to separation anxiety, or confident, seasoned stay-cationers. My own dogs are easy-going and mindful, respecting every guest dog’s personal space and belongings. Your dog will have two walks per day, with the distance depending on their fitness level and age. We enjoy walking and have access to local reserves and the beach. Our property has a fully fenced backyard, as well as an enclosed deck for outdoor time. However, dogs will never be left outside unsupervised for an extended period. Having dogs of my own, I understand the anxiety of leaving a much-loved member of the family behind. At the initial meet-and-greet, we’ll discuss your dog’s diet, routines and habits. During their stay, I will provide daily updates and photos of your dog's activities, keeping you completely informed of their well-being.You can rest assured that your furry friend will enjoy the same level of affection, company, outings, and healthy treats as our own dogs.
