Hi, I’m Sharon. I’m a huge dog lover and have always had a dog in my life. We sadly lost our much-loved 10-year-old dog, Ziggy, last October, and we’ve really missed having a dog around. We’re now ready to share that love and attention with someone else’s.

I work from home, so your dog will always have company. We have a fully fenced property and dogs are welcome inside — with no areas that are off-limits. We have beaches nearby for walks, as well as a large fenced garden for exploring, playing, or simply relaxing in the sun. If I’m heading out, your dog is welcome to come along too. We’re happy to follow your dog’s lead, whether they love activity and stimulation or prefer a quiet day.

They’ll have plenty of attention, daily walks, playtime and companionship, with lots of cuddles and relaxation too. A one-on-one walk tailored to your dog’s age, energy level and needs, with plenty of time to explore and sniff. 

To give every dog plenty of attention, we only care for one dog at a time, or multiple dogs from the same family. I’ll follow their usual feeding, walking and sleeping routine as closely as possible. I’m also happy to send regular photos and updates while you’re away and will chat beforehand about your dog’s personality and needs to make sure they’ll be comfortable in our home. I also hold an Auckland Council Responsible Dog Owner (RDO) licence.  

Most importantly, I’ll look after them as I would my own. They’ll be part of our family, given lots of love and attention and, yes, very likely a little spoilt along the way! 🥰🐾
