I’m Lao, a friendly local pet sitter and full time animal lover. 🙋‍♀️

I grew up with dogs, worked as a sitter before moving to Aotearoa, and have cared for more than 20 dogs, plus cats and even hamsters. Big personalities, shy babies, energetic zoomers, I love them all! 

I’m currently studying at the University of Canterbury, which gives me a flexible schedule and time to give your pets the attention they deserve. 

I’m in my bunny‑mum era, living with two rabbits who basically run the household, so I’m unable to host pets at my place. Instead, I come to you, keeping your pets comfortable in their own familiar environment where they feel safest. 

I have my own car and can travel for home visits, walks or overnight care. I’m experienced with administering medication, basic wound cleaning, and following detailed care instructions. During each visit, I'll make sure your pets have fresh food and water, playtime and plenty of affection. I'm also happy to send regular updates and photos so you can relax knowing they’re happy and safe. 

I'm also happy to arrange a meet up before a booking so we can get to know each other and make sure it's the right fit for everyone.
