I was born into a family that adored dogs and pets — my baby photos always had at least one by my side! After moving to New Zealand, I adopted a 6-year-old Airedale Terrier who became my best friend, followed by a playful 2-year-old Standard Schnauzer who lived a long, happy life until nearly 16. Now, my partner and I share our home with a sweet Lakeland Terrier we’ve raised since she was a puppy and once we cared for a gentle Frenchie boy we adopted at age six but sadly he crossed the rainbow bridge end of 2024. I know how important it is for pets to feel safe, loved, and cared for—especially when their owners are away.
