Hi, I’m Sophie! 👋🏽 My partner and I are proud parents to our 6-year-old daughter, Florence, and our much-loved fur babies, Philly and Zelda.

We’re based in St Albans but soon to be relocating to Parklands. We are animal lovers through and through. While we’d happily have a whole house full of pets if we could (I’d probably have 15 dogs by now 😂), we’re not quite ready for that just yet — so Pawshake is the perfect way for me to get my animal fix while giving your pets lots of love and attention while you’re away.

I have experience caring for both dogs and cats, and I’ve also had the privilege of caring for my late Fox Terrier, Patch, who lived to the wonderful age of 15. Patch was deaf and blind in his later years, so I understand how important patience, reassurance and a little extra TLC can be for older pets and those with additional needs.

When your pets are in my care, I want you to feel completely comfortable knowing they’re safe, loved and well looked after. I’m happy to send regular photo updates so you can see what they’re getting up to while you’re away 📸🐾

I also have reliable transport available, so if an unexpected situation comes up and your pet needs to visit the vet, I’m able to get them there.

Every pet is different, so I’m more than happy to chat about their routine, personality, quirks and any special requirements before booking.

For home stays, I'm available every second week- But am generally pretty flexible so please contact me if you're not sure on my availability.

If you think we could be a good match, I’d love to hear from you and meet your fur babies! 🐾❤️
