Kia ora! I’m Olivia — a passionate animal caregiver with years of hands-on experience supporting dogs and their whānau. I’ve worked in a busy pet store, where I’ve helped owners with everything from nutrition and enrichment to behaviour support and product advice. I’ve also run puppy preschool courses, guiding new dog owners through training basics, socialisation, and confidence-building — all with patience and aroha.

At home, I care for my own golden lab and two cats, so I understand the rhythms of multi-pet households and how to tailor care to different personalities. I’ve also done dog walking professionally, and I bring calm, structured energy to every walk — with plenty of sniffing, gentle guidance, and safety-first routines.
