A fit dog is a happy dog :-) 

Growing up with big dogs ranging from Alsatians to Great Danes, I have always loved spending time with dogs. 

Walking dogs has gradually turned into running with dogs as their (and my) fitness levels improve. Walking and running with dogs is something I used to do as a past time but at the moment I do not have any pets other than a cat and she is not too keen on going for a run. 

With all dogs being different, each dog's fitness will be assessed as we build our relationship. I carry water on the walk / run
and I am also trained as a pet first aider. 

Each outing will be completed by me sending you pictures of your pup enjoying the time away from home, but also a map showing you where we were, the distance covered.
