Hi! I’m Natalie, a Canadian currently living in Christchurch, and I’d love to help care for your pets and home while you’re away. I am open to opportunities around Christchurch and the South Island of New Zealand I’m an experienced homeowner and someone who genuinely loves animals. I understand that leaving your pets with someone is a big decision, and my priority is always making sure they feel safe, comfortable and cared for in their own environment. I’m comfortable caring for dogs and cats, including their everyday routines, walks, feeding, medication, playtime and plenty of cuddles. I’m also happy to look after your home while you’re away—keeping things tidy, bringing in mail, watering plants and making sure everything is well looked after. I’m responsible, clean, respectful and communicative, and I’ll keep you updated with photos and messages so you can relax knowing your pets are doing well. I particularly enjoy spending time outdoors, so I’m very happy to take dogs for walks and adventures where appropriate. I also appreciate that every pet has their own personality and routine, so I’m happy to follow your instructions and take the time to get to know what makes your pet comfortable. We had a great experience with Natalie. She was able to help last minute and communicated well throughout the stay. Our three cats were well looked after and our home was left tidy. I would be happy to have her sit again. Thanks again Natalie! Nat was absolutely amazing, and we couldn’t have asked for a better pet and house sitter. Communication was fantastic from start to finish, which gave us complete peace of mind while we were away. It was obvious Nat genuinely cared and treated both our home and Luna as if it were her own. We’re incredibly grateful and wouldn’t hesitate to have Nat back again. Highly, highly recommended!
