My name is Tiffany. I am 37 years old... Ahhh! 😳 I'm getting so old!!

So about 6 years ago, my wife, Faith, and I moved to NZ from Arizona, USA. In early 2022, we both became permanent residents and in April 2022, we moved down from Wellington to Christchurch where we bought our first home in Addington. Woohoo!! My partner and I have no children, nor pets. The home includes a fully fenced and secure yard for heaps of puppy playtime!! 💖

I have tons of experience with dog sitting and walking. I was a dog sitter back in the United States for about 5 years, and am very trustworthy when it comes to caring and looking after dogs. I've looked after many different types of dogs of all shapes and sizes. I have provided care for special needs dogs and I am experienced with administering a variety of oral medications and eye/ear drops. I will treat your pet with care and love, as if they were my own. I love playing catch or fetch or any other games that your dog may also enjoy.

Dog boarding in my home:

Faith and I live in a 1 bedroom flat with a good sized fully fenced yard. I am able to care for your dogs 24/7 as this has become my full time gig. I will take your dogs for walks around my quiet neighbourhood. I typically take about 1-2 photos each day to show how things are going. Please be sure to bring your dog's favourite toys, treats, food, etc. I will only accept dogs from different families if all parties are comfortable with this situation. A meet and greet will be necessary to confirm we all are a good fit. Unfortunately, I won't be able to care for puppies (under 6 months). I do prefer to watch 1 or 2 dogs at the same time, but I am able to watch up to 3 dogs from the same owner, as long as the pack isn't too rough or roudy. Due to the smaller size of our home, I cannot take more than 1 large dog at a time, unless the large dogs are relaxed and not high energy. The largest size dog I can accept is probably 40kg.

What is your motivation to be a pet sitter?

I love all animals but dogs are simply the best. My partner and I plan on adopting our own pup one day, but for now dog sitting will do just fine.  

Do you have previous experience?

I do not have any official certifications for training, however, I have 5 years of experience walking and sitting dogs on a similar website/app in the USA. And now I've been doing dog sitting for about 3 years in Christchurch. Feel free to ask me any other questions about my experience.

Do you only take vaccinated pets into your home?
