Kia ora koutou! My name is Sharla, and I’ve always had a genuine passion for animals of all kinds. I grew up surrounded by pets and have spent years caring for animals belonging to friends and family, so I understand just how much they mean—they’re truly part of the whānau. Because I’m currently renting and can’t have a pet of my own, I’ve chosen to offer pet sitting services so I can still spend time doing something I love while helping others. I would absolutely love the opportunity to care for your pets as if they were my own. As a pet sitter, I can provide: Feeding, fresh water, and administering basic medications if needed Daily walks, playtime, and companionship Overnight stays or check-in visits Keeping routines consistent to reduce stress for your pet Regular updates, photos, and communication so you feel reassured while you’re away I know how important it is to trust someone with your animals, and I take that responsibility seriously. My goal is to ensure your pets feel safe, comfortable, and happy in their own environment so you can travel or work with complete peace of mind. In my spare time, I enjoy going for walks, reading, and knitting, so I’m naturally quite calm, patient, and attentive—qualities that help me connect well with animals, including those that may be shy or need a bit of extra care. If you have any questions or would like to chat about your pet’s needs, please feel free to reach out. I’d love to meet you and your furry (or feathered!) family members. Ngā mihi, Sharla
