Hi, I’m Jordynn! I’m a 21-year-old. I grew up with dogs, cats and many other animals. I currently have a Border collie and 2 Handsome cats at home who are my absolute joy, I have previous history with working at the SPCA caring for the dogs and I’ve also helped with fostering for Hellz Bellz Rescue for the past year and a half.

so I completely understand how important it is to find someone you truly trust to care for your pets and I have had to the same. But I’m here to help, I always treat the pets I look after with the same love, patience, and attention I give my own.

I live in Auckland in a neighbourhood with great parks and pet-friendly walking areas nearby, which makes it perfect for safe and enjoyable dog walks. I’m also happy to travel if you prefer your pups to be walked in certain areas

My schedule is flexible as I currently do not work so all my free time will be devoted towards helping your furry friends. I can also do overnight house sitting if you need someone to stay with your pet while you’re away.

For home visits, I usually stay around 30–45 minutes but can extend if needed so I can spend quality time with your pet and make sure they are happy and comfortable. During visits I can feed them, refresh their water, let them outside for toilet breaks, play with them, and give them lots of attention and cuddles. I’m also happy to water plants, bring in mail, and keep an eye on your home while you’re away.

My dog walks are usually 45-1.5 hour depending on your dog’s age and energy level. I enjoy walking in nearby parks and quiet neighbourhood streets so dogs can get plenty of fresh air, exercise, and stimulation in a safe environment.

If you need house sitting, I can stay overnight in your home so your pet can remain comfortable in their familiar environment. I will follow their usual routine as closely as possible with feeding, walks, playtime, and companionship. I also make sure the home is secure, tidy, and well looked after while you are away.

I’m happy to follow specific feeding routines, provide playtime and enrichment, and administer basic oral medication if required. While I don’t offer professional grooming or training, I’m very attentive to each pet’s needs and always make sure they feel safe and comfortable.

I have looked after many dogs of different breeds, ages, and personalities for friends, family, and neighbours over the years. Growing up around animals has taught me how important patience, consistency, and kindness are when caring for pets.

Spending time with animals genuinely makes me happy. I love getting to know each pet’s unique personality and making sure they feel safe, relaxed, and loved while their owners are away. I also understand how reassuring it is to hear how your pets are doing, so I always send regular updates and photos during bookings.

Before any booking I’m very happy to arrange a meet and greet so you and your pet can get to know me and make sure everyone feels comfortable.
