Kia ora,

I'm Femke and I live here in Devonport with my furbaby Luna - a 5 year old bichon x poodle. We're loving how dog friendly the peninsula is. I'm out walking with her twice a day, and would love the company of more dogs as we go about our walks.

I've cared for my own dogs for 10+ years now, and grew up with a dog, cat and guinea pigs. I've also spent some time volunteering at the SPCA in Wellington, and have experience looking after cats while their humans have been away. While Luna is a small pupper, I'm comfortable around larger dogs too - and would be happy to help take them out or have them over at ours while you're out doing your day, or overnight if you're away for longer.

Our home is a small cottage, it's not fully fenced, but there is a nice deck area outside with some garden the dogs can sniff in, or we head across the road to the beach which is only a minute away!

I'm open to helping with dog walks, socialising, feeding and home visits for any animals. If calandars align, I am also able to help with staying over at your whare and caring for any animals while you're away.

I am currently at home each day, have my own vehicle and can easily move around the local area.

Please reach out if you'd like to know more, or to see if I can help you out.

Ngā mihi,

Femke
