Hi there! We're Diane, Jacques, and Chris, a dog-loving family with years of experience caring for our own pets as well as the beloved fur-babies of friends and family. We'd love the opportunity to care for yours too!

Animals have always been a big part of our lives, and we genuinely adore them. We currently have an 8-year-old Border Terrier named Chase (if you have kids, you might guess who named him and why! 😊). Chase is a friendly, well-socialised boy who loves meeting new dogs, exploring parks and forest trails, running along the beach, and, of course, enjoying plenty of belly rubs.

Whether your pet is a dog or a cat, we'll treat them like a member of our own family. We understand how important it is to feel confident and comfortable when leaving your pet and home in someone else's care, so we're committed to providing reliable, trustworthy, and compassionate care that keeps your pets happy and your home well looked after while you're away.

For our canine clients, we provide walks tailored to their age, fitness level, and personality. Depending on your dog's preferences, this may include visits to local parks, forest trails, the beach, or quieter neighbourhood walks. Every walk is designed to provide exercise, enrichment, and plenty of fun while always prioritising your dog's safety and wellbeing.

Our house and pet sitting service allows your pets to remain in the comfort and familiarity of their own home, helping to minimise stress and maintain their usual routine. We'll provide feeding, fresh water, companionship, playtime, exercise, cuddles, and plenty of love and attention. We're also happy to administer medication, follow special dietary requirements, and maintain any routines or care instructions to ensure your pets feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for.

As a family team, Diane, Jacques, and Chris work together to provide reliable, flexible, and dependable care. Working as a team allows us to accommodate multiple bookings and households with more than one pet while ensuring every animal continues to receive the individual attention they deserve. For house and pet sitting, only one of us will stay in your home, while the rest of the team is available to provide support if needed.

We know you'll miss your furry family member, so we'll keep you updated with regular photos and videos, giving you peace of mind and allowing you to see how they're getting on while you're away.

Your pet's safety and wellbeing are always our highest priority. In the unlikely event of an emergency or unexpected situation, we'll contact you as soon as possible and keep you informed every step of the way. If urgent veterinary treatment is required and we're unable to reach you immediately, we'll seek appropriate veterinary care in your pet's best interests, following any emergency instructions or contacts you've provided. We'll always act calmly, responsibly, and with your pet's welfare as our first priority.

Please note:

• All pets must be up to date with their vaccinations for everyone's safety.
• Dogs must be toilet trained.
• Food and any required medications should be provided by the owner.
• We're happy to discuss any special requirements, including medication administration, dietary needs, mobility needs, behavioural considerations, or specific routines.
• House and pet sitting is provided in your home, with one member of our family staying on site throughout the booking.
