I am well experienced with caring for cats and fish (both freshwater cold and tropical) as I’ve had them all throughout my childhood and early adulthood. Although I’ve never owned a dog myself (and have ALWAYS wanted one!), I take every opportunity to take others’ dogs for walks, petsit, or just general pats, play and mucking around.

I'm based in Kingsland so am looking for walking and home visits to be in-and-around Kingsland, Morningside, Grey Lynn, Ponsonby and Mount Eden. For more time intensive jobs like overnight or multi-day stays, I can do most central suburbs as long as there's reasonable public transport access so I can get to and from my job in Wynyard Quarter.

Cats and dogs

My first job was actually at a cattery so am experienced with cats of all different temperaments, needs and medical conditions (I’ve even dealt with diabetic and asthmatic cats). I am available to:

🪩 Feed up to twice a day, and dispense medication if required.

🪩 Dogwalking up to an hour a day

🪩 Petsit and housesit

I work full-time during the week, however my office is dog-friendly three days a week so there is potential for me to take on more time-intensive dogs, given they have the right temperament around other dogs and people (office size ~ 150 people).

I do have a car so can transport myself and pets where required.

Small pets

Open to care for fish, birds, and reptiles. I am available to:

🪩Feed 1-2 times a day

🪩Tank and enclosure care (although fees vary depending on size and state of enclosure).
