Hi, I’m Leo Chu! I’m a University of Auckland student and passionate animal lover who has spent years caring for dogs, cats, and small pets for friends, family, and neighbours. I’ve worked with all kinds of personalities—from high-energy dogs who love long, fast-paced walks to older or shy pets who prefer a gentle, patient approach. I always take the time to understand each animal’s routine, signals, and comfort level so every outing feels safe, calm, and enjoyable for them. I’m confident handling reactive or anxious dogs, helping them feel secure through positive reinforcement, steady pacing, and avoiding stressful situations. For energetic pups, I provide a fun, structured walk that burns energy while keeping them focused and happy. I also enjoy giving basic enrichment, slow walks for scent exploration, and plenty of affection if your pet enjoys it. Your pet’s safety is always my top priority. I use secure leads, keep a close eye on surroundings, carry water for warm days, and ensure pets stay comfortable at all times. I have my own car, so pick-ups and drop-offs are easy and stress-free. I don’t smoke, vape, or drink, and I take pride in being reliable, clean, and easy to communicate with. I’d love to meet you and your furry family member—contact me anytime
