Hi! I’m a caring and reliable animal lover who grew up on a farm, so animals have always been a big part of my life. I’ve cared for dogs, cats, birds, rabbits, guinea pigs, ducks, chickens and many other animals. I’m comfortable with animals of different sizes, personalities and needs, and genuinely enjoy getting to know each pet.

I currently have my own cat, Missy, and my two older children absolutely adore animals. I’ve also looked after cats and dogs for friends and family and have had pets stay with me. I treat every animal in my care as though they were my own.

I offer 30–45 minute dog walks and drop-in visits for cats and other small animals. Visits can include feeding, fresh water, litter or cage cleaning, playtime, cuddles and companionship. I’m happy to follow your pet’s usual routine and any instructions you provide. I also have experience administering medication and am happy to do this when needed.

I’m available every day, including weekends, during daytime/work hours, except Thursday daytime. I can comfortably care for up to two dogs per booking, or 1–4 cats or small animals, depending on their individual needs. I prefer to keep bookings manageable so I can give each pet plenty of attention.

For dog walks, I prioritise safety and follow your preferred lead, harness and walking routine. I’m also happy to take things slowly with shy, nervous or reactive pets and respect their individual boundaries.

I’ll keep you updated during visits with photos and a quick message, so you know how your pet is doing. If I notice anything unusual, I’ll contact you promptly and follow your emergency instructions.

For home visits, I’m respectful of your home and privacy. I can collect keys beforehand or use a lockbox/another access method that you’re comfortable with. I’ll make sure doors, windows and gates are secure when I leave and that keys are returned safely.

I’m preferably available for bookings around Parnell and Auckland CBD, although I’m happy to consider nearby areas depending on the booking.

Most importantly, I want your pets to feel safe, loved and comfortable while you’re away, and I want you to have peace of mind knowing they’re in caring and experienced hands.
