Hi, I’m Frank. Animals have been a part of my life for nearly 20 years. My family has operated a stray dog care base in China for almost 10 years, where I gained hands-on experience caring for more than 1,000 dogs and over 100 cats. This experience has taught me how to confidently care for puppies, senior pets, shy animals, energetic dogs, and pets with different personalities.

My wife is currently studying for her Master’s degree at the University of Auckland, which gives me a flexible schedule and allows me to spend plenty of time at home with the pets. I offer cat boarding, dog boarding, doggy daycare.

I always follow each pet’s normal routine, including feeding, exercise, playtime, fresh water, medication if required, and any special care instructions. I also have experience caring for multiple pets at the same time while making sure each one receives individual attention.

Our home is clean, calm, and pet-friendly. We have a large, fully fenced yard where dogs can safely play and enjoy time outside. Dogs usually sleep comfortably in our living room, and I can also follow their usual sleeping routine if they have specific needs.

For cat boarding, we have a separate cat room where cats can have their own quiet, safe, and comfortable space. If they feel confident and would like to explore, they are also welcome to come into the living room and spend time with us.

I am home for most of the day, so pets are rarely left alone for long periods. Their safety is always my priority. I carefully supervise outdoor time and follow each owner’s instructions.

If there is ever an emergency or unexpected health issue, I will contact the owner immediately and, if necessary, take the pet to a vet.

I treat every pet staying with me like part of the family and always do my best to make them feel safe, relaxed, and comfortable. I also send daily photos and videos so you can enjoy regular updates and know your pet is in good hands.
