Hi Pet Parents,

I provide calm, reliable dog care and dog walking in Mt Eden, offering a safe, home-based environment where dogs are treated like part of the family. I have experience caring for dogs of different sizes, temperaments, and energy levels, including puppies and senior dogs, from working at Dog Depot dog daycare on Waiheke Island.

I am currently not working, which allows me to be home full-time and provide consistent supervision, attention, and care throughout the day. Dogs are not left alone for long periods and are kept in a stable, reassuring routine. In the rare case I need to step out, dogs are left safely in a secure environment for short periods only.

My services include dog sitting (day care and home care) as well as dog walking in Mt Eden. Walks are tailored to each dog’s needs, whether that’s short relaxed strolls or longer, more active walks. All walks are done safely on-lead unless otherwise agreed, with close attention to surroundings and other dogs to ensure control and safety at all times.

I am also comfortable following specific care instructions, including administering basic medications if required, and I can respond calmly in case of minor emergencies. If needed, I will contact owners immediately and follow any provided instructions.

Daily care includes supervised indoor and outdoor time, enrichment play, feeding according to owner instructions, and companionship throughout the day. For apartment-style living or dogs with limited outdoor access, I ensure regular toilet breaks and structured exercise throughout the day to keep them comfortable and settled.

Safety is always a top priority. I maintain a clean, hazard-free environment, carefully monitor dog interactions, and adjust care based on each dog’s behaviour, comfort, and energy level.

My focus is on structured, stress-free care with reliable communication, so owners feel confident their dogs are safe, active, and well looked after.
