Hi, I'm Katie. An avid dog lover from the UK and desperate to buy my own dog; but promised myself I wouldn't until I have bought my own house. So in the meantime I would love to get my doggy fix by taking your pooch on a romantic sunset beach stroll. I promise to treat them to sticks & swims & all the cuddles (if that's what you desire!). I'm a Project Manager at the Hospital and live in Takapuna. I have many friends with dogs across the city who I actively walk & house/pet sit for when they are away. I have also helped train an 8 week Golden Retriver puppy up to 2 yrs old & love all dogs at all ages. I am a high energy person so send your high energy dogs my way to wear them out. I am incredibly reliable, caring & trustworthy. Your fur baby will be in very good hands! 

Dog walking

I'm available most evenings through the week and mornings on the weekend. I'm happy to pick up & drop off your pet at your home. Most walks would be down Takapuna beach with the odd detour through suburban housing to complete a loop. Dog walking duration can be anywhere from 30mins to several hours depending on the activity level of your dog and how long you want it to be.

Home visits

I'll stay for as long as you specify and can do other house/life admin jobs if required. I grew up in the UK where home security is drilled into you. You never leave a door or window unlocked - so your home would be fully secured on departure and left as found.

Home stays

Again duration of stay and hang out time with the dog and at your property is completely up to you. I have dog sat for several weeks at a time or just for the weekend. I'm super flexible and wouldn't sign up to something I couldn't fulfil. Home security would be of utmost importance and I'm very house proud so your property would be left clean, tidy & as you left it.
