Hi! I'm a 36-year-old animal lover who has grown up around dogs, cats and small animals, so caring for pets has always been a big part of my life. I had my own much-loved dog for 16 years, so I completely understand how important it is to know your pet is with someone who will genuinely care for them like their own.

I'm a big fan of getting out for walks, but I always take my lead from the dog. Walks are tailored to their usual routine, age, fitness and energy levels, whether that's a longer adventure, a run around and endlessly chasing a ball, or a slower stroll where they can stop and sniff absolutely everything. Every dog is different, and I think their care should reflect that.

I'm equally happy providing playtime, cuddles and companionship, sticking to established routines, or giving older pets the extra patience and attention they might need. For sleepovers, I'll follow your pet's usual routine as closely as possible, including feeding times, walks, bedtime habits and where they normally like to sleep. I want their stay to feel relaxed and familiar, particularly if they're a little unsure about being away from home.

I'm adaptable and calm under pressure, so I'll respond to your pet's needs rather than expecting them to fit around me. If an emergency or unexpected situation arises, I'll stay calm, contact you straight away where possible and follow the emergency and veterinary information you've provided, with your pet's wellbeing always coming first.

I also know that leaving your pet with someone else can be nerve-racking, which is why communication is really important to me. You can expect regular text updates and plenty of photos, so you'll know how they're settling in, what we've been up to and, most importantly, that they're happy and comfortable.

My aim is simple: to give your pet individual care that feels as close to their normal life as possible, while giving you complete peace of mind that they're safe, relaxed, loved and in good hands.
