Originally from Liverpool, England, but living in Auckland for the last 20 years, I’ve had dogs as part of my life for as long as I can remember and genuinely feel most at home around animals. I currently own a three-year-old English Bull Terrier with plenty of personality, so I’m very comfortable with dogs of all sizes, temperaments, and energy levels.

My motivation for becoming a pet sitter comes from a genuine love of dogs and wanting to provide owners with peace of mind knowing their pets are safe, cared for, and treated like part of the family while they can't be at home. I understand that every dog has their own personality, routine, and needs, and I take the time to ensure they feel comfortable, settled, and well looked after.

I have experience with a wide range of breeds, ages, and energy levels — from high-energy dogs like my English Bull Terrier, to older dogs including a 14-year-old Old English Sheepdog, as well as smaller breeds such as French Bulldogs. I understand that some dogs need longer adventures and stimulation, while others are happier with slower-paced walks, shorter outings, or relaxed companionship at home.

I offer walks ranging from shorter 30-minute outings through to longer treks of an hour or more, depending on the dog’s needs and energy levels. Pricing can vary depending on the length and type of walk required.

While I may be newer to professional pet sitting, I bring extensive lifelong experience caring for dogs, along with experience in busy, people-focused environments that require patience, responsibility, and strong communication. I’m calm, reliable, attentive, and genuinely enjoy spending time walking, playing with, and caring for animals.

For house sitting, owners can feel confident that I am able to stay fully committed to caring for their pets and home while away, as my wife remains at home to look after our own dog and household responsibilities.
