Hi I'm Jules, 

I'm based in Torbay, North Shore and happy to service the surrounding areas.

I've been passionate about dogs for as long as I can remember. My earliest memories as a child always involved our family pet dog 'Shandy' who was a Cairn Terrier. We would dress him up in dolls clothes and push him around in a pram. 

I'm a caring, compassionate, experienced dog owner and walker who is dedicated to caring for dogs of all sizes. I have over 30 years experience of owning and training my own dogs and helping friends with their dogs. I've worked as a vet nurse in the UK for six months whilst I was studying at university and over the last few years I have done a number of courses including:

• The British College of Canine Studies 'Dog Walkers and Sitters Association Certificate 
• Pet First Aid Certificate completed in 2026 and valid for two years.
• Canine Body Language
• Reactivity in Tough Environments
• Incorporating Enrichment into Your Behaviour Modification Plan

I use force free, positive reinforcement based training techniques with all the dogs that I walk and believe in a personalised approach as each dog is its own individual character and personality. I believe in building up a relationship with each dog.

I'm available to walk your dog in all weathers, If it is wet I will dry your dog off if you provide towels. I can also pop in and feed your pet in your home if you're out for the day. Your dog will benefit from being walked by an experienced dog owner who believes in building up a genuine relationship with a dog. I will only walk one dog at a time unless pre-agreed with yourself.

I'm happy to walk your dog on the beach or in local parks or in your local neighbourhood. 

I work from home in Torbay which means that I can be flexible with my schedule to support you and your dog.

Services offered: 🐾

• Dog walks: $40/hour, $25/half hour (your dog will get the agreed length of time and I provide photos during and after every walk).
• Home visits: $45/hour, $30 half hour (I will come to your home, play and engage with your dog for the agreed length of time. This is a good opportunity to break up your dog's day if you are out at work).
