"Bertha and her family are marvellous dog sitters. We were very nervous parents at first, but were put at our ease when Bertha initiated sleepovers for our two dogs, so they could get used to the new environment. We had two of these sleepovers before leaving them for their long holiday. The idea of short stays is brilliant, giving both the dogs, the dog 'parents', and Bertha and her family a chance to get to know each other and get comfortable. Our dogs are very fussy and nervous, with one being on heart medication, but all this was coped with splendidly. Highest praise! Your worries would be over, leaving your fur babies here. "

"No stars will ever be enough to rate the experience our dog has had under Alex and Alina’s care. We had to go on an emergency overseas trip due to unfortunate events and when we found Alex and Alina’s dog boarding service, we knew they were heaven sent. They looked after our furbaby so well, we got regular updates from them and our dog came back happier and just full of life after that experience. "Ervin was extremely trustworthy throughout my dog's two week boarding. She sent us lots of photos daily and we could tell our little dog was enjoying her company! "Our experience with Tessa, Wayne, Taro & Fanta was simply pawsome! Despite our initial worries about leaving our furry baby for the first time for 12 days due to her separation anxiety, they made us feel at ease right away. Tessa and Wayne's care couldn't have been better, and we're so grateful for the love they showed our Aki. She had a blast playing with Taro and Fanta, and we absolutely loved receiving the daily updates showing her having the time of her life. If you're looking for a daycare and boarding service where your furry baby will be treated like family, look no further! We couldn't have asked for a better experience. "Cedie stayed at Dexter’s home for a week and we were very happy with how Cedie was taken care of. They always shared lots of photos and videos and updated us with Cedie’s activities. Dexter and Mary are very patient and nice. There was also an unexpected but very much welcome change in Cedie. We’ve never left him alone for more than 30mins but now he can sleep the entire night on his own. So a huge thanks to you both! Highly recommended! 😊 "

"Paula and her family are simply incredible pet sitters! Mickey stayed for three weeks over the Christmas holidays, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Mickey was recovering from a broken leg and surgery, and Paula and her family took exceptional care of him. Their attention to his recovery was outstanding - he’s improved remarkably on walks and looks fantastic.
Mickey found true companions in Lottie and Einstein! They became his pals during his stay, making his time away from home cheerful and comforting. The regular updates, photos and videos, were a highlight of my holiday. It was an immense relief knowing Mickey was not only well taken care of but also having a blast.
